The 2021 USATF Junior Olympics meet in Jacksonville was an unbelievable experience. Despite many challenges including the Covid-19 pandemic and weather conditions beyond control, I was very grateful to be given an opportunity to compete as a heptathlete against other 33 very talented young ladies. I am very proud to represent Colorado in this track and field platform and be part of All American top athletes in the nation; I hope to continue to be healthy and improve my records to represent our Nation at the highest stage one day

“The meet situation was tough with crazy heat and a 2-hour lightning delay right after warmups. There were some amazing vaulters competing and it honestly could have been anyone’s day. I’m just grateful for the opportunity and overall enjoyed the meet and the atmosphere.
I want to also thank my parents for their support and providing me with many opportunities and all my coaches at Above the Bar pole vaulting club, especially Pat Manson who was at the meet coaching me. I would like to give a shout-out to my teammates who are my rock and support. I would not be where I’m at without this amazing pole vaulting community and am so grateful.
