USATF Membership This meet is open to 2022 USATF Colorado member athletes who fall within the age divisions listed above. Memberships can be obtained online here Citizenship Only U.S. citizens, aliens living in the United States and foreign exchange students are eligible to compete in these Championships. See the USATF Rules for more information and exceptions. Age Division A competitor must compete in his/her age division only. Age divisions are determined by year of birth (see above) and NOT age on event day. There will be no "moving up". Date of Birth Verification Each athlete's date or birth must be verified and included as part of their USATF member profile before the athlete's entry can be submitted. If the athlete's date of birth has been verified in the past and their membership was renewed, then they will be able to submit their entry. Proof of Birth (copy of birth certificate, passport, certified baptismal record, driver’s license or U.S. government identification) needs to be uploaded to the athlete's USATF CONNECT profile. See USATF Competition Rules, Rule 300.1 (i) for further information. Below is a help video that explains the steps to take to upload your DOB verification document.

course maps The courses are primarily flat with a mix of grass and dirt trails. Spike and spectator friendly.
El Pomar Youth Sports Park, 22212 Executive Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80906 El Pomar can be reached from I-25, Exit 138 onto S. Circle, turn left at the light. Proceed 1⁄2 mile to Janitell Road. Turn right, go 1⁄4 mile, turn left onto Executive Circle. Go 1⁄4 mile, turn left into the El Pomar Sports Park.
The top 30 individuals and top 5 teams advance to the USATF Region 10 Junior Olympic Championship (November 19; Lyons, CO). The top 30 individuals and top 5 teams from the Region 10 meet advance to the National Championships (December 10; College Station, TX)
