Martino walks to two bronze at World Masters Championships

Marianne Martino, 67, of Littleton recently competed at the World Masters Championships World Masters Athletics Championships in Malaga, Spain.  During the 12 day competition Martino won two bronze medals in the race walk events.  Competing in the women's 65-69 division she finished third in the 5000m (track) and 20 km (road) race walk events.  In the 5000m she stopped the clock at 31:31.18 and in the 20 km her time was 2:15:28.  She also finished fourth in the 10 km Race Walk in a time of 1:04:17.
