  • ​Hammer Throw and Steeplechase - Neither of these events will be contested at the Region 10 Championships. Athletes wishing to compete at the national championships (July 22-28; College Station, TX) should enter the Region 10 championships via the Registration link above.  We will be contesting the The Steeplechase & Hammer Showcase on Friday, July 12 at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.  If you would like to compete in that event click here and enter that meet separately.
  • Volunteers Needed -We still have several volunteer spots available.  Click here for more information.
  • Coaches Meeting - Friday, July 12 (6-7:30pm) at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Aurora/Parker.
  • Meet Apparel - pre-order your meet apparel and avoid the lines at the meet (your order will be shipped to your home). Meet apparel will be available to purchase on Friday at the Fairfield Inn (meet headquarters) from 4-6pm

Over 3000 athletes from Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas will descend on Legacy Stadium in Aurora, CO from July 11-14. SAFE SPORT

Safe Sport Information

VOLUNTEERS

We still have several volunteer spots available.  To sign up, please do the following:

  • ​Select your preferred event and time at SignUp Genius .
  • Fill out and print the SafeSport Waiver. 
  • Bring the completed waiver to the Volunteer Check-in table and you will get a red volunteer wristband. 

As a thank you, all volunteers who work 4 or more hours will receive a special event T-shirt and lunch. Simply show your volunteer wristband by the men’s locker room at the south end zone to get your lunch.
