Hall and Manson lead Coloradans at U20 Championships in Florida

Six Coloradans are set to compete at the USATF U20 Championships this weekend in Miramar, Florida. They will be competing for national U20 titles and Team USA spots for the Pan American U20 Games. Recent high school grads Anna Hall (Greenwood Village) and Max Manson (Superior) are the leading locals with both aiming for one of the two spots in each of their events to represent Team USA at the Pan American U20 Games in Costa Rica next month.

Hall is entered in the Heptathlon where she will look to defend the title she won at last year's championship in Indiana.  The recent graduate of Valor Christian High School, and a soon to be Georgia Bulldog, comes in with the #1 seed; more than 200 points ahead of Timara Chapman of North Carolina State.

Manson, who is set to matricualte to Stanford University, will compete in the Pole Vault where he is the #3 seed with a sesaon best of 
17-5½.  Branson Ellis (Tyler, Texas / Stephen F. Austin University) is the #1 seed with a mark of 18-4¾.  Indiana prep Nathan Stone is the #2 seed, just ½ inch higher than Manson.
